Growth Marketing Manager (Nurture, SEO & Paid)

Role overview

We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own nurture-led growth across outbound-driven acquisition, SEO, and paid channels.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how modern growth engines work, especially automation-driven outbound and signal-based nurturing, and can design campaigns that convert interest into qualified pipeline.

You will partner closely with ops team (who will handle the tools + implementation) while you focus on campaign architecture, messaging, and performance.

What you’ll own

1) Signal-based nurture campaigns (Primary focus)

You’ll design and continuously improve nurture campaigns based on 1st-party and 3rd-party intent signals, built to accelerate conversion and pipeline creation.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • designing omnichannel nurture journeys (email + LinkedIn + retargeting + sales-touch moments)
  • building campaign flows on paper (logic, branches, entry/exit criteria, sequencing)
  • writing messaging strategy + creative direction for each stream
  • improving conversion from “not now” leads into meetings and opportunities

Note: You don’t need to implement flows in tools — but you must be able to clearly architect them and partner with ops to execute.



2) Growth marketing for SEO

You will own the strategy plan for scaling organic growth, in collaboration with agency teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • keyword + topic strategy tied to ICP pain points and buyer intent
  • content brief creation (problem framing, angle, structure, CTA)
  • collaboration with writers/agencies (where applicable)
  • conversion optimization for top organic pages (not just traffic growth)
  • reporting on SEO performance (traffic → leads → pipeline)


3) Paid marketing

You will help build a predictable paid engine by partnering with agency teams while owning strategy, experimentation, and funnel performance.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • planning and prioritizing paid experiments across channels (e.g., search, LinkedIn)
  • coordinating landing page strategy + conversion messaging
  • reviewing performance by funnel stage (CPL → SQL → pipeline)
  • driving weekly iteration and creative/testing velocity with agencies
  • ensuring paid efforts align with ICP, positioning, and conversion goals

Requirements

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Growth Marketing – nurture, SEO & paid with an understanding of automation in SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience with outbound tools like Clay, Apollo/ZoomInfo, Dropcontact, Clearbit, Regie.ai, Instantly/Smartlead, or similar.
  • Experience building automated prospecting workflows (Phantombuster, Zapier/Make/n8n is a plus).
  • Strong copywriting skills for outbound messaging.
  • Analytical mindset with familiarity in funnel KPIs, attribution, and data hygiene.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and operate at startup speed.


What success looks like

Within the first 90 days, you will:

  • launch 2–3 high-quality, signal-driven nurture streams
  • improve conversion rates from outbound-engaged leads into meetings
  • put a scalable SEO content engine in motion with clear intent mapping
  • drive structured paid experimentation and measurable funnel improvements
  • establish consistent reporting for nurture + SEO + paid performance tied to pipeline

  • have experience owning lifecycle / nurture / growth marketing programs end-to-end
  • understand outbound + automation-driven funnels and how to convert “not ready yet” leads
  • can design omnichannel nurture journeys (not just email drips)
  • can map signals → segmentation → journey → conversion moments
  • have working knowledge of how automation systems function (logic, triggers, branching, exit criteria), even if you’re not hands-on in the tools
  • are comfortable partnering with agencies and holding them accountable to outcomes
  • care about pipeline impact, not vanity metrics

Bonus if you have experience with:

  • B2B SaaS targeting mid-market or enterprise
  • intent data platforms / enrichment tooling
  • website conversion optimization / landing page testing
  • ABM-style programs and account-based nurturing


Collaboration & working style

You’ll work closely with:

  • In-house automation/ops team (tooling and implementation)
  • Product marketing (handoffs, messaging feedback loops, conversion moments)
  • Agencies (SEO and paid execution support)

This is a high-ownership role with significant influence on pipeline growth.
