Role Summary
We’re hiring a Senior Pre-Sales Consultant to own end-to-end technical discovery and solutioning for US enterprise prospects. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to run high-impact demos, craft winning solution narratives, and drive technical validation through to closure.
This role requires strong customer presence, crisp communication, and the ability to translate business outcomes into clear, credible solution architecture.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
· Own technical pre-sales cycles for prospects: discovery, solution design, demos, Q&A, and technical validation.
· Run discovery sessions to understand workflows, pain points, systems landscape, stakeholders, and success metrics.
· Build and deliver tailored demos and compelling solution narratives.
· Create and maintain pre-sales assets: demo scripts, pitch flows, solution briefs, RFP/RFI responses, competitive talk tracks.
· Partner with Sales to shape account strategy, qualification, deal plans, and win themes.
· Lead POCs/pilots where needed: success criteria, execution plan, stakeholder alignment, and final readout.
· Handle technical objections with confidence (security, architecture, integrations, scalability, compliance).
· Collaborate with Product/Engineering to share field insights, influence roadmap, and ensure feasibility of commitments.
· Maintain accurate notes and artifacts in CRM (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot): discovery summaries, solution approach, risks, and next steps.
Required Qualifications
· 4-7 years in B2B SaaS pre-sales / solutions consulting; experience selling to US customers preferred.
· Strong ability to translate business problems into product value and measurable outcomes.
· Proven track record delivering enterprise-grade demos and navigating multiple stakeholders.
· Comfort with RFP/RFI responses, security questionnaires, solution documentation, and executive-level communication.
· Highly collaborative; strong ownership, reliability, and follow-through.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
· Experience with enterprise ecosystems such as Workday, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft.
· Experience in Digital Adoption / Analytics / Enablement / Workflow / Productivity tools.
