What you'll do:

Design and execute exploratory tests to uncover usability issues, edge cases, and unexpected behavior in our AI platform
Validate product behavior through real-world usage scenarios, prioritizing user impact and business value
Perform API testing using tools like Postman to verify system interactions and data integrity
Write and execute SQL/database queries to validate data flows and investigate test results
Log, track, and manage defects using tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps
Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to drive quality at every stage
Contribute to test documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
1-3 years of experience in software testing with strong understanding of STLC, SDLC, and Agile practices
Hands-on experience in API testing using tools like Postman
Ability to write and execute SQL queries for data validation and test support
Experience with test case and defect management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, JIRA)
Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with UI automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) preferred
