What you'll do:

• Work directly with the CEO and COO (founding team) on high-impact strategic initiatives and execution
• Lead client-facing interactions and data analysis for enterprise stakeholders
• Drive key business functions across product, sales, marketing, and operations
• Own special projects that directly impact company growth and direction
• Manage pipeline accounts, create sales materials, and support revenue operations
• Execute on growth initiatives including content, social media, and events
• Be the founding team's strategic right hand across all aspects of the business

What we're looking for:

• Extremely hungry and ambitious - you want to build something meaningful from the ground up
• 3-6 years of experience but feels like 10+ through intensity and impact
• Proven ability to own complex, ambiguous projects and drive them to completion
• Client-facing experience with comfort presenting to enterprise stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
• Self-directed and resourceful - you don't need hand-holding
