About the Role
Attention is in a critical phase of growth. We are looking for a Head of Content to spearhead our content strategy and help establish our brand voice in the market. This is an opportunity to build and lead our content function from the ground up.
You will work directly with our founders and marketing leadership to develop compelling content that showcases our technology, educates our audience, and drives customer acquisition. This role is perfect for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on content creation skills.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our business objectives and audience needs
Produce high-quality, engaging content across multiple formats including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and social media
Collaborate with the Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to translate technical concepts into compelling stories that resonate with our target audience
Establish a content calendar and processes to ensure consistent, high-quality output
Build relationships with industry publications and thought leaders to amplify our reach
Analyze content performance and iterate strategies based on data-driven insights
Establish the foundation for scaling our content team as we grow
What You'll Need
5+ years of experience in content strategy and creation, preferably in B2B SaaS, AI, or sales technology
Exceptional writing and editing skills with a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create clear, engaging content
Strategic mindset with the ability to develop content that supports business objectives
Understanding of SEO principles and content distribution strategies
Experience managing content production workflows and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Team-first attitude and excellent communication skills
Nice to Haves
Experience creating content in the AI, sales tech, or enterprise software space
Background in building a content function from scratch at a high-growth startup
Familiarity with sales processes and technologies
Experience with multimedia content creation (video, audio, visual)
Data-driven approach to content optimization
