About Attention
Attention is the leading AI platform for sales teams. Our AI-powered sales assistant records and analyzes every customer touchpoint across meetings, emails, calls, and CRMs, then deploys AI agents that automate the busywork. Follow-ups, CRM updates, coaching scorecards, you name it. We help sales teams stop losing winnable deals to process and get back to selling.
Attention accelerates sales cycles, boosts rep productivity, and speeds up onboarding at companies like Lovable, Scale, Slice, and UnifyGTM. We're post product market fit having gone from $0 to $10M ARR in under two years and we’re just getting started.
About The Role
We're hiring our first dedicated finance role to own Attention’s full financial function: from budgeting and forecasting to investor materials, compliance, and everything in between. This is a foundational, high-ownership role at a critical moment in our growth with the opportunity to work closely with co-founders and executive leadership.
What You’ll Do
Financial planning & forecasting: Own Attention's end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and long-term financial planning: ensuring the company operates with clarity and discipline as it scales.
Financial infrastructure: Build scalable systems and processes to support a fast-growing SaaS business, including revenue recognition, subscription metrics, and operational reporting.
Reporting & visibility: Establish financial reporting frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards that give leadership and external stakeholders clear, timely visibility into revenue, burn, runway, and unit economics.
Fundraising support: Own investor-grade financial materials, manage diligence processes, and maintain institutional-quality reporting standards in support of future financing rounds.
Compliance & controls: Manage tax, audit readiness, financial controls, and governance in partnership with external advisors: ensuring Attention meets all regulatory and fiduciary obligations as it grows.
Strategic analysis: Partner with leadership on high-priority strategic work such as: pricing and packaging, compensation and hiring planning, and other decisions that benefit from a rigorous financial lens.
