ElectroNeek is a leading intelligent automation platform that enables companies and partners to automate business processes using RPA, AI Agents, and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).

We work through a partner-first model, empowering MSPs, System Integrators, and Consulting Partners to build, sell, and scale automation services on top of our platform.

We are expanding our commercial team and looking for a Sales Executive with strong SDR and closing experience, capable of managing the full sales pipeline while actively supporting and enabling our partner ecosystem.

Role Overview

As a Sales Executive – Partner & Channel Sales, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and advancing the full sales pipeline, from qualification to closing
  • Selling ElectroNeek platform licenses to:
    • MSPs
    • System Integrators
    • Automation & Technology Partners
  • Supporting and enabling existing partners to:
    • Close new deals
    • Expand license usage
    • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Acting as a strategic commercial point of contact between ElectroNeek and its partners
This role combines SDR discipline, consultative selling, and partner success ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own inbound and outbound sales activities across LATAM, North America, and Europe
  • Qualify leads using structured sales frameworks (BANT, MEDDICC, or similar)
  • Run discovery calls, product positioning conversations, and commercial negotiations
  • Close platform licensing deals with partners and resellers
  • Manage opportunities in CRM (Salesforce or similar)
  • Support partners throughout the sales cycle (pre-sales, pricing, positioning)
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Partner teams to drive revenue
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline reporting

Required Experience & Skills

  • Previous SDR/BDR experience (mandatory)
  • Proven sales experience in tech, SaaS, or B2B software
  • Strong background or exposure to:
    • RPA (Robotic Process Automation)
    • AI / Intelligent Automation
    • Automation platforms or enterprise software
  • Experience selling to partners, MSPs, or system integrators (strong plus)
  • Comfortable owning deals end-to-end
  • Strong consultative and value-based selling skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
Language Requirements

  • English – Fluent
  • Spanish – Fluent
  • Portuguese is a plus, but not required.
