We’re looking for a Driven Account Executive's who’s passionate about music, technology, and sales to join the team. A Self-starter who thrives on hitting ambitious goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle: from ICP warm leads to closing new artist and studio accounts.

  • Manage a high volume of warm leads from our internal demand engine.

  • Partner with our marketing and success teams to optimize conversion and retention.

  • Evangelize the EngineEars mission: supporting creators building sustainable careers.

Who You Are

  • Past Experience in SaaS or music-tech sales (or similar creator-facing roles).

  • Excellent communicator with deep empathy for independent artists and musicians.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Self-starter who thrives on hitting ambitious goals.
