What You'll Own
- Content strategy: Decide what we should talk about, which audiences we should reach, and which platforms and formats make the most sense.
- Viral distribution: Turn product launches, model improvements, research, demos, and customer stories into content people want to share.
- Writing and execution: Write sharp posts, hooks, launch announcements, threads, and founder-led content for LinkedIn and X.
- Editorial judgment: Know the difference between a technically impressive announcement and a story that people actually care about.
- Experimentation: Test hooks, formats, narratives, and distribution strategies. Understand what works and why.
- Ownership of results: Track performance, learn from underperforming posts, and continuously improve the content engine.
What We're Looking For
- You've written viral posts yourself, grown an audience, or worked on content with demonstrated distribution.
- You understand LinkedIn and X beyond the basics: their audiences, formats, culture, and mechanics.
- You can understand technical products and explain them without making the content sound like a technical document.
- You have strong taste in writing, creative concepts, and internet culture.
- You can move from an idea to a publishable post quickly without sacrificing quality.
- You can explain why something worked instead of relying on luck.
What Success Looks Like
- A repeatable pipeline of strong content ideas.
- More posts that reach the right audience and generate meaningful engagement.
- Launches that translate technical progress into attention, conversations, and product interest.
- A content engine that improves with every experiment.
