Here’s why, what we’re looking for, and why you should join.
Why we’re hiring an SDR: We went from 0 to 7 figures in a year 100% inbound, our first rep hit quota in 8 months, and we haven’t even scratched the surface of exploring outbound. We are constantly getting leads from content, our interactive demo and first-party intent signals from within our own platform, and have no bandwidth to follow up with them.
We have a strong brand, the best product in our category, and a great team.
This is an SDR dream and one of the best problems we could have. We are scaling the sales team and we are leaving a ton of money on the table by only focusing on our inbound demand.
What we’re looking for: An experienced SDR who wants to do big things but is underappreciated at their current org, has no growth potential or feels limited by acting like a robot sending sequences that someone else created. Someone who knows or can learn new technology like Clay and others to scale their output to that of multiple reps. Top SDR at their current org.
In SF (in office 5 days /week). MarTech and Early Stage experience are ideal.
Why you should join: A ton of warm leads, complete greenspace for outbound, opportunity to build a process from scratch and grow into a leadership role (or AE), and join one of the fastest growing startups in the Bay.
Comp: $80k/$40k + equity
