Innerwell is seeking a fully-remote, highly collaborative Collaborating Psychiatrist (MD) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a psychiatrist who is passionate about the intersection of mental health, innovative treatment modalities like ketamine-assisted therapy, and fostering a supportive environment for psychiatric clinicians. As a Collaborating Psychiatrist, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care while guiding and mentoring a team of psychiatric providers. Your expertise will directly impact the way we care for individuals, helping to expand access to transformative mental health services nationwide.
Role Overview As a fully-remote Collaborating Psychiatrist (MD), you will collaborate with Innerwell’s psychiatric clinicians and our Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to ensure the seamless implementation of our ketamine therapy protocols, while maintaining the highest standards of client care.
What you'll do
Act as the supervising physician for Innerwell's team of PMHNPs, FNPs, and Psych PAs.
Fulfill the responsibilities outlined in collaborative practice and supervising physician agreements, including periodic tele-meetings, case reviews, and consultation on prescriptions.
Provide mentorship and guidance to our psychiatric clinicians, fostering their professional growth.
Offer constructive performance feedback and escalate any issues to the CMO as necessary.
Requirements
Board-certified psychiatrist in good standing.
Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Personal or professional experience with altered states of consciousness.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.
