Position Overview:
We are seeking a multi-state licensed therapist with strong expertise in EMDR, along with the ability to provide other forms of evidence-based therapy. Due to increasing demand for trauma-informed care, EMDR is a key focus for this role, but the successful candidate will also deliver a range of therapeutic modalities. The ideal candidate is already licensed in any or all of the following states: New Jersey, Connecticut, Colorado, New York, Texas, Virginia, Minnesota, or California. Applicants who are already credentialed with insurance providers will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide EMDR therapy to individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, and other mental health challenges, addressing the high demand for this specific modality.
Deliver a range of other evidence-based therapies, such as CBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based approaches, tailored to patient needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, including participation in case consultations.
Deliver therapy via telehealth, ensuring a compassionate and engaging patient experience.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Qualifications:
Must hold active licensure in at least one of the following states: NJ, CT, CO, NY, TX, VA, MN, CA (multi-state licensure is highly preferred).
Certified EMDR specialist with experience in delivering evidence-based trauma therapies.
Doctorate or Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or social work.
Experience working with diverse populations in a clinical setting.
Familiarity with telehealth platforms and ability to provide remote care.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
