About Innerwell

Innerwell is a next-generation mental health company combining compassionate, evidence-based care with precision data and technology. We offer a full continuum of services—including psychiatry, psychotherapy, novel therapeutics, and digital tools—to help patients heal more fully and stay well longer. We’re growing quickly and looking for curious, mission-driven team members to help us scale with purpose and insight.

About the Role

We’re seeking a sharp, curious, and execution-oriented Performance Marketing & Growth Analyst to help us scale our impact. This role sits at the intersection of growth, marketing, analytics, and product—supporting performance marketing efforts with insight, identifying opportunities across the funnel, and helping us optimize campaigns that drive patient acquisition and engagement.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on SQL expert with experience in performance marketing, experimentation, and user journey analysis. You’re deeply comfortable with data and dashboards, but you also know how to ask the right business questions—and answer them with clarity. You love turning data into strategy and want to help grow a purpose-driven healthcare business.

Acquisition & Funnel Optimization

  • Partner with the Head of Growth to design, run, and evaluate A/B tests across paid channels, landing pages, and acquisition flows

  • Analyze and improve top-of-funnel performance (CTR, bounce rate, email capture, etc.)

  • Monitor cohort behavior, retention trends, and downstream revenue to inform spend allocation and optimize marketing ROI

  • Track and report on key metrics including CAC, ROAS, LTV, and channel attribution

Lifecycle & Retention Analytics

  • Build dashboards to measure the full patient lifecycle: acquisition → activation → retention → discharge

  • Identify drop-off points and recommend improvements to increase conversion and retention

  • Support lifecycle marketing strategies with cohort analysis and performance insights

Reporting, Data Infrastructure & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with our data infrastructure team to ensure accurate, reliable data across our tools and pipelines

  • Partner on the design and validation of integrated datasets that support marketing performance dashboards and cohort analysis

  • Build and maintain dashboards in Amazon QuickSight to monitor trends and guide decision-making across acquisition, engagement, and retention

  • Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, finance, and growth engineering teams to align analytics with business priorities

  • Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Math, Computer Science)

  • 3+ years of professional experience writing SQL queries (Snowflake, MySQL, Redshift, or equivalent)

  • Familiarity with modern data stacks and tools used in marketing analytics (e.g., event tracking, ETL pipelines, reverse ETL, marketing APIs, and customer data platforms)

  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools; QuickSight preferred

  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, modeling, data analysis)

  • Familiarity with performance marketing concepts (CAC, ROAS, attribution models, A/B testing frameworks)

  • Bonus: Experience with Python for analysis and automation (e.g., pandas, NumPy)

  • Bonus: Prior experience in healthcare, telehealth, or consumer services

  • Detail-oriented, self-directed, and excited to solve messy, important problems

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Compensation & Working Model

  • This is a full-time, remote role. We welcome international applicants and offshore team members.

  • Compensation will be calibrated to your experience and regional benchmarks.

  • You’ll be part of a purpose-driven team working to expand access to high-quality mental health care—supported by a culture that values data, transparency, and impact.
