Growth Product Manager

We’re looking for a results-driven Growth Product Manager to lead initiatives that optimize our customers’ journey and drive business growth. This role is perfect for a creative, analytical, and highly adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced B2C healthcare environment. You’ll be responsible for improving initial purchase flows, boosting repeat engagement, and maximizing customer value through data-driven strategies, upsells, and cross-sells.
What you’ll do
Own the growth funnel develop and execute strategies to optimize the entire purchasing journey, from acquisition to checkout and post-purchase engagement.
Understand the customer conduct user interviews, surveys, and research to uncover motivations, pain points, and opportunities.
Stay ahead of the market and perform competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
Leverage data to scale, analyze user behavior, run A/B tests, and use insights to improve conversion rates and customer lifetime value.
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, and marketing teams to enhance UX/UI and accelerate growth.
Experiments rapidly use no-code tools and lightweight testing frameworks to validate new ideas and drive quick wins.
Who you are
Proven experience as a Product Manager in a B2C e-commerce or subscription-driven environment.
Highly analytical with a strong command of data to inform decisions and measure impact.
Solid understanding of UX/UI principles with an eye for effective and intuitive design.
Tech-savvy, comfortable working with analytics platforms, no-code tools, and growth experimentation frameworks.
