About the Role

Innerwell is looking for a detail-driven and analytical Senior RCM & Eligibility Analyst to remotely support our end-to-end revenue cycle operations. You’ll work directly under our RCM Team Lead to ensure claims, payments, and eligibility workflows run with precision and efficiency. This role is ideal if you’re experienced across multiple stages of the revenue cycle, passionate about using data to drive improvements, and eager to grow into a leadership position. You’ll be part of a high-performing team using top-tier automation and systems that consistently achieve 95%+ collection rates—a testament to Innerwell’s operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Revenue Cycle Operations: Assist with full-cycle RCM processes including charge capture, claim submission, payment posting, denials management, and AR reconciliation.

• Ensure Data Accuracy & Quality: Audit claims, payments, and adjustments to identify discrepancies, ensure compliance, and maintain high data integrity across systems.

• Eligibility Operations: Investigate eligibility or benefits questions that cannot be resolved through our real-time eligibility tools. Engage with payers and internal teams to clarify coverage details and resolve exceptions.

• Reporting & Analysis: Use spreadsheets and dashboards to track KPIs such as clean claim rate, denial rate, and days in AR. Support the team lead in identifying trends, root causes, and process improvement opportunities.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with billing, clinical operations, and data teams to resolve escalations, maintain workflows, and improve automation accuracy.

• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to SOP development and system optimization initiatives. Proactively identify ways to enhance efficiency and accuracy across RCM and eligibility workflows.
  
  

You’d Be a Great Fit If:

• RCM Expertise: Minimum of 2 years’ experience across multiple areas of revenue cycle management—charge entry, payment posting, denials, or AR follow-up.

• Analytical Mindset: Strong with data analysis, comfortable identifying patterns, and using metrics to guide decisions. Advanced proficiency in Sheets or Excel.

• Tech-Savvy: Experienced with modern RCM systems, clearinghouses, and eligibility tools. Familiarity with Airtable, Slack, and automation workflows preferred.

• High Attention to Detail: Consistently accurate and thorough when managing financial data, claims, and payer communications.

• Strong Communicator: Clear, proactive communicator who thrives in a remote, collaborative environment.
