What You’ll Do

As a clinician at Innerwell, you’ll be part of a movement redefining mental health care. With cutting-edge treatments, deep therapeutic collaboration, and a patient-centered approach, you’ll have the tools and support to make a profound impact on people’s lives, while growing in your own expertise.

As a PMHNP at Innerwell, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop treatment plans that balance structured care programs with individualized approaches tailored to each patient's needs.

  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and mood disorders.

  • Provide medication management services, including prescribing traditional psychotropic medications as well as ketamine where appropriate.

  • Collaborate with licensed therapists to provide integrated care, ensuring that patients receive both pharmacological and psychotherapeutic support.

  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and ensure appropriate follow-up care.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory guidelines.

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in psychiatric care and medicine-assisted therapy.

Qualifications

  • Comfortable with technology and delivering care via telehealth platforms, including electronic medical records and virtual patient interactions.

  • Fully licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) in Maryland & Georgia.

  • Active DEA registration in the state(s) where you practice.

  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience treating adult mental health conditions

  • Ability to provide at least 15 hours per week of availability

  • Active or in-process NP, RN, Controlled substance and DEA license in Maryland (MD) & Georgia (GA).

  • Experience in medication management for mood and anxiety disorders; prior experience with ketamine therapy is a plus but not required. Familiarity with telehealth best practices and the ability to engage patients effectively in a virtual setting.

  • Strong commitment to evidence-based treatment and integrated psychiatric care

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with therapists and other healthcare professionals
