About InpharmD
- Founded: 2018
- Funding stage: Seed ($6.05M)
- Revenue stage: Series A ($2-5M annual run rate)
- Net gain/loss per month: profitable
First, some data on our growth:
- 2018 - 4 teammates
- 2019 – 6 teammates
- 2020 – 8 teammates
- 2022- 10 teammates
- 2023- 16 teammates
- 2024- 24 teammates (targeted)
Over that time, our revenue has grown 750% into the very healthy 7-figures.
What makes us different is that we've grown fast while being capital efficient (not raising much money). We've done this with a performance-driven culture that attracts, retains, and rewards phenomenal people. We also:
- Leverage scale- We focus on processes and systems necessary for us to grow intentionally today and into the future.
- Share an ownership (driver vs passenger) mindset- We iterate fast, putting in long hours along the way- but and because we love it.
- Avoid drama and wasted time- None of us want a political company culture and we meet once a week (formally).
Market conditions are perfect for us to continue to grow at this pace with a small and mighty team. This is our competitive advantage over bloated incumbents, and by the time they realize it, it'll be too late.
