- Lead talent planning efforts within assigned business areas, identifying capability gaps and driving workforce strategies to support future growth.
- Lead workforce and succession planning efforts within Finance, Marketing, and Legal — identifying future skill needs, talent gaps, and organizational risks before they arise.
- Cultivate and scale leadership effectiveness by coaching senior leaders and enabling high-impact people managers across all levels.
- Lead the cross-functional “pod” made up of members of specialists from the People Team with the sole purpose to support the Finance, Marketing, and Legal teams.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience as a strategic business partner supporting C-level and senior executives in high-growth and global organizations.
- Demonstrated success in shaping executive-level strategy and partnering with C-suite leaders on complex organizational challenges.
- Proven experience advising and influencing executive leadership on strategic people and organizational matters.
- Deep expertise in organizational design, change management, leadership development, and cultural transformation.
- Strong business and financial acumen; ability to use data and insights to inform strategy and drive outcomes.
- Track record of leading complex people initiatives and aligning talent strategies with business growth objectives.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills; able to navigate complex dynamics and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead through influence, navigate complexity, and drive alignment across stakeholders at all levels.
