About the role:
We are looking for a Sales Incentive Compensation Analyst to ensure timely and accurate administration of our Sales Incentive plans. This role will be instrumental in assisting with sales incentive calculation for payroll processing. We’re seeking a dynamic Sales Incentive Analyst, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in data accuracy, and enjoys cross-functional collaboration.
What You'll Do:
- Ensure the timely and accurate administration and calculation of all sales incentive plans.
- Perform payroll processing which includes payment analysis, researching anomalies and preparing file for payment processing
- Research and resolve inquiries from variable compensation eligible employees on commissions plan payouts
- Prepare and submit the monthly commission accrual ensuring timeliness and accuracy as part of the month-end close process
- Update the commissions software with compensation plan changes including HR data changes, new hires, termination and LOAs (leave of absences) to ensure commission calculations are accurate and reps are paid timely.
- Support cross-functional initiatives related to sales compensation, which includes: collaborating with finance, sales operations, HR and other cross-functional groups.
- Create and manage Adhoc reports as assigned.
- Participate in the annual comp planning process and enhancements.
- Participate in UAT to ensure the system enhancements and new plan year changes produces the expected results.
- Identify opportunities for ongoing process improvements and automation.
- Monthly reconciliations of accrual vs actual payments
- Assist in documenting and preparing department processes and controls.
- Maintaining the department cut-off calendar.
- Working with our CIQ partners as needed
Profile Requirements:
- 2-3 years of commissions administration experience, preferably at a software company
- Proficient in the use of G-Suite (G-Mail, Google Sheets, Google Docs)
- Must be highly detail oriented and organized
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
- Must be able to understand organization priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer service focus
- Ability to act and operate independently
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external partners
