About the role:


The International Tax Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s tax strategy, compliance, and planning for the EMEA and APAC Regions. This role ensures adherence to tax regulations, optimizes tax efficiencies, and mitigates risks associated with multinational operations. The ideal candidate has experience in corporate taxation, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of international tax laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the development and implement global tax strategies to optimize the Company’s tax positions while ensuring compliance with international tax laws and regulations.
  • Oversee tax compliance, reporting, and filing obligations across the EMEA and APAC countries in which the Company operates.
  • Manage transfer pricing policies and ensure adherence to OECD guidelines and local regulations.
  • Assist with tax planning initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions and cross-border transactions.
  • Monitor legislative and regulatory developments in tax law across EMEA and APAC and assess their potential impact on CloudBees.
  • Assist with the preparation and review of tax provisions for financial reporting under accounting and reporting standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, HR and legal, to align tax strategies with corporate objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with various non-tax regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field. CPA or CPA equivalent preferred.
  • 5+ years of combined experience in corporate taxation and public accounting, with significant exposure to international tax matters.
  • In-depth knowledge of tax regulations, including BEPS, OECD guidelines, and local tax laws in key jurisdictions.
  • Experience with tax compliance and reporting under EMEA and APAC countries’ accounting and reporting standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in tax software and ERP systems.
