About the Role
CloudBees is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager – EMEA to architect and drive regional pipeline growth across EMEA. This role owns the end-to-end EMEA demand motion—from identifying where CloudBees can win across priority markets, to orchestrating programs that generate new opportunities, accelerate complex sales cycles, and expand strategic customer relationships.
As the primary marketing partner to the EMEA Sales organization, you will design and execute integrated demand programs that drive both net-new pipeline and revenue expansion. You will lead regional Account-Based Marketing (ABM), field marketing, digital campaigns, and events, ensuring alignment with sales priorities and regional revenue targets.
This role also includes direct management of the EMEA Demand Generation Specialist, providing coaching, direction, and operational oversight to ensure high-quality execution across campaigns and events.
You’ll operate at the intersection of regional strategy, sales partnership, ABM execution, and performance management, playing a critical role in accelerating CloudBees’ growth across diverse and complex EMEA markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the EMEA demand generation strategy, aligned to regional revenue, pipeline, and account growth targets
- Architect and execute ABM programs (1:many and 1:few) for priority EMEA accounts in partnership with Sales and SDR leadership
- Drive integrated campaigns that generate net-new opportunities and expansion pipeline
- Lead regional field marketing initiatives, including industry conferences, executive events, and virtual programs
- Orchestrate multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, content, sales plays, and events
- Partner closely with regional Sales leaders to define target accounts, opportunity priorities, and engagement strategy
- Manage and mentor the EMEA Demand Generation Specialist, providing direction on campaign execution, events, and reporting
- Ensure strong operational execution across campaigns, events, and follow-up processes
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics including pipeline contribution, opportunity creation, account engagement, and ROI
- Continuously optimize programs based on data, market feedback, and sales insights
Qualifications
Required:
- 6–8+ years of B2B demand generation experience, ideally supporting regional or enterprise sales teams
- Strong experience running ABM programs aligned to revenue goals
- Experience driving both net-new acquisition and upsell/expansion motions
- Proven success partnering closely with Sales leadership in complex B2B environments
- Experience leading regional field marketing programs, including events and conferences
- Prior experience managing or mentoring team members
- A data-driven mindset with experience owning pipeline-focused metrics
Preferred (not required):
- Experience marketing across multiple EMEA markets with varied buying behaviors
- Familiarity with ABM and marketing automation platforms such as 6sense, Demandbase, Marketo, and Salesforce
- Experience marketing to DevOps, DevSecOps, or technical enterprise audiences
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, transformation-oriented environments

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: £95,000 - £105,000
