About the Role

CloudBees is seeking a Demand Generation Specialist to support demand generation efforts across EMEA, working closely with the EMEA Demand Generation Leader and regional Sales teams. This role focuses on executing campaigns, supporting ABM programs, and coordinating events and conferences that drive new pipeline and upsell opportunities.

This is an early-career, execution-focused role ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in B2B demand generation, sales-aligned marketing, and field execution within a SaaS organization.

Our EMEA region spans multiple sub-regions, so you’ll gain hands-on experience adapting global programs to local needs. Along the way, you’ll develop skills across ABM, campaign execution, events, and sales collaboration, while learning how thoughtful demand generation supports revenue growth in complex B2B environments.

You’ll be part of a collaborative international team that values clear communication, follow-through and results that convert. You’ll thrive in this environment if you bring curiosity, accountability and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support execution of EMEA demand generation and ABM programs under the guidance of the EMEA demand generation leader
  • Assist with account-based campaigns (primarily 1:many and 1:few), including target lists, campaign setup, and execution
  • Help activate campaigns across email, digital, content, and sales plays
  • Support programs designed to drive new opportunities and pipeline creation
  • Assist with upsell and cross-sell campaigns targeting existing customers
  • Support regional events and industry conferences, both virtual and in-person
  • Assist with event logistics including invitations, registrations, attendee communications, follow-up campaigns, and reporting
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure events and conferences run smoothly
  • Support post-event activities including lead follow-up, sales handoff, and performance tracking
  • Work with Sales and SDR teams to support campaign and event follow-up
  • Track basic campaign and event metrics such as engagement, attendance, leads, and opportunity creation
  • Support reporting and optimization efforts in partnership with Marketing Operations

Qualifications

Required:

  • 1–3 years of B2B marketing experience (demand generation, campaigns, or field marketing preferred)
  • An interest in demand generation, ABM, and field marketing
  • Some experience supporting events or conferences (virtual or in-person)
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Pocus)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • You enjoy working cross-functionally and aren’t afraid to follow up, ask questions or clarify priorities
  • Affinity to work in a remote setup and across timezones

Preferred (not required):

  • Exposure to ABM platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase
  • Experience supporting EMEA or multi-country marketing programs
  • Interest in B2B SaaS, DevOps, or technical audiences
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving, growth-oriented environments
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • French language skills

Working Conditions

  • Hybrid - Full time
  • Travel required
  • Adjustments will be considered to accommodate individual needs in line with applicable equality and disability legislation.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: £42,000 - £50,000
  • Summary of benefits: Pension, Private Medical, Life Insurance
