About the Role
In this role, you will be a key member of the GTM Operations team and play a critical part in shaping CloudBees’ global go-to-market (GTM) strategy and driving data-informed decision-making across the entire revenue engine. Sitting at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, you will help optimize the full customer lifecycle—from pipeline generation to retention and expansion.
As a strategic and hands-on operator, you’ll partner with global GTM leadership to improve forecasting accuracy, streamline processes, and unlock growth through insights and operational rigor. This role has a direct impact on CloudBees’ ability to scale efficiently and predictably across regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Global GTM Strategy & Own The Rhythm of the Business
- Partner specifically with Americas GTM leadership (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to define and execute key strategic initiatives e.g., territory design, account segmentation, quota & capacity planning, .expansion strategy
- Support and optimize core operating cadences including forecasting, pipeline reviews, QBRs, and annual planning
- Establish and enforce global processes, policies, and best practices across the revenue organization
- Lead key planning processes including annual planning, quota setting, territory carving, and capacity modeling
- Identify operational friction and proactively recommend improvements
- Enable GTM Teams to Hit Targets By Delivering Actionable Insights Across the Funnel
- Analyze end to end funnel performance (marketing ? sales ? customer success) to identify gaps and opportunities
- Provide visibility into pipeline health, conversion rates, sales efficiency, and retention metrics
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CS leaders to provide data, insights, and tools to improve performance
- Act as a trusted advisor in deal strategy, pipeline development, and revenue forecasting
- Optimize the GTM Tech Stack & Scale Reporting Infrastructure
- Develop executive-level reporting and dashboards to communicate the state of the business globally
- Standardize KPI definitions and reporting frameworks across regions
- Partner with GTM Systems to evolve and scale tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Clay, Pocus, Marketo)
- Ensure data integrity and a seamless experience across the revenue tech stack
- Identify operational friction and proactively recommend improvements
Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Strategy, or Analytics, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of the full revenue funnel, including inbound/outbound motions, pipeline generation, and customer lifecycle metrics
- Proven ability to translate data into insights and drive measurable business outcomes
- Advanced proficiency in core GTM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Clay, Pocus)
- Strong analytical and modeling skills (Excel/Google Sheets required; experience with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar; SQL is a plus)
- Experience supporting forecasting, pipeline management, and planning processes
- Excellent stakeholder management skills; ability to influence across functions and regions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex insights clearly to executive audiences
- Highly proactive and hands-on, with a builder’s mindset and strong sense of ownership
Preferred (not required):
- Experience in a global RevOps function supporting multiple regions (AMER, EMEA, APAC)
- Familiarity with AI tools for analytics, forecasting, or workflow automation
- Experience scaling RevOps in a high-growth or transformation environment
- Background supporting cross-functional GTM teams beyond sales (e.g., Marketing Ops, CS Ops)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Pay Range: $120,000 – $145,000 annually. In accordance with applicable law, this represents a reasonable estimated compensation range for this role. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location and may be more or less than the amount shown above. Outside of base compensation, CloudBees also offer stock options and variable bonuses.
