What You'll Do as an Account Executive

As an Account Executive, you'll be a vital force behind our client's success. You'll dive deep into the day-to-day work, acting as the key connector between the client's brand team and our own creative partners. This role is perfect for a proactive problem-solver who can handle a steady stream of client requests with a calm, collaborative spirit. You'll support the team with your sharp insights, helping us deliver truly exceptional work while beginning to hone your own strategic skills.

Your Responsibilities
  • You'll be involved in all aspects of account services and client management, participating actively in internal and client meetings.
  • You'll be the master communicator, translating client feedback into clear action items for our cross-functional teams and ensuring everyone is promptly updated on changes.
  • You'll play a key role in guiding projects through the client review process, making sure we hit our milestones.
  • You'll manage internal documentation, track projects to ensure they're on time, and monitor account finances, including hours and expenses. You'll even partner with our finance team to approve billing and invoices.
  • You'll develop a deep understanding of our client's brand, its market, and its competitors. You'll be a curious learner, staying on top of industry trends and always on the lookout for new opportunities to help our clients grow.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of proven project or account management experience within an advertising agency.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Your written and verbal communication is top-notch, allowing you to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively.
  • You're a pro at managing accounts, setting clear expectations, and keeping projects on track in a fast-paced environment.
  • You’re organized, juggling multiple priorities is your superpower, and you have a keen eye for detail in all your communications.
  • You thrive as part of a team but are also self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • You're comfortable communicating with clients in person, on the phone, and through professional emails.
  • You're proficient with Google Workspace.

The salary range for this role is $53,000 - $64,000, based on the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
