We're hiring a B2B SaaS Copywriter to own the voice and messaging across our brand, including both product and marketing. This is a contract role for a versatile writer who can move seamlessly between product copy, marketing campaigns, thought leadership, and brand messaging. You'll work closely with our Head of Product and marketing leadership to ensure every piece of content reinforces our platform's sophistication and value proposition.

What You'll Do

  • Own copy across all customer touchpoints - from in-app copy to social campaigns, web pages, and sales collateral
  • Develop and refine our brand voice - learn our existing voice and evolve it across product, marketing, and thought leadership content
  • Write product copy that converts - create compelling CTAs, onboarding flows, feature descriptions, and in-app messaging that drives user engagement
  • Craft marketing content across channels - write email campaigns, social media content, case studies, blog posts, and sales enablement materials
  • Collaborate with external partners - work alongside our marketing agencies to ensure consistent voice across all marketing efforts
  • Optimize for conversion - apply B2B SaaS best practices to reduce friction and improve user experience through strategic copy

Who You Are

  • Experienced B2B SaaS copywriter with 2-4 years experience writing for enterprise software companies
  • Native English speaker with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Versatile content creator comfortable writing everything from 3-word button labels to 1,000-word thought leadership pieces
  • Conversion-focused with experience writing copy that drives user action and business outcomes
  • Collaborative team player who can work effectively with product, marketing, and external agency partners
  • Detail-oriented and organized - able to manage multiple projects and maintain quality across diverse content types
  • Self-directed and proactive - comfortable working independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards
  • Bonus: Familiarity with fintech, investment platforms, or financial services
