Meridian AI, Inc. Customer Operations Remote · Full time Company website

We’re hiring a Customer Operations team member to be the operational engine behind successful onboardings for leading investment firms. In lockstep with our Customer Success Director, you’ll translate complex requirements into well-run projects: migrating data, configuring workflows, standing up integrations, and enabling users so that go-lives are smooth and measurable. You’ll be the calm center of the implementation—anticipating issues, coordinating with product and engineering, and earning trust with clear, proactive communication. Strong enterprise SaaS implementation experience required; domain fluency in private equity/financial services is highly valued.

About Meridian AI, Inc.

Meridian is the leading CRM and data intelligence platform for private market investors. We are trusted by top-tier firms across private equity, credit, hedge funds, and institutional LPs and today power over $500B in assets under management. Built by a team with deep investing and technology expertise — including alumni from Blackstone and Thoma Bravo — Meridian offers an integrated system of record that combines software, structured data, and proprietary AI to streamline how investment teams operate. Our customers no longer need to stitch together Salesforce, PitchBook, or spreadsheets. Meridian delivers a single, unified platform purpose-built for the full investment lifecycle — from sourcing and diligence to IC management, portfolio tracking, and reporting. We’ve raised $7M in seed funding from world-renowned VCs and are growing rapidly, with an exceptional inbound pipeline and consistently increasing contract values. Several firms have signed multi-year contracts exceeding $200K+, and demand continues to accelerate.

Description

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end implementations. Own the complete technical onboarding process from contract signature to successful go-live, ensuring clients achieve value quickly and efficiently.
  • Manage complex data migrations. Oversee data imports, exports, and transformations from legacy CRMs and spreadsheet systems into Meridian's platform.
  • Configure platform settings. Handle account provisioning, field customizations, workflow configurations, and system integrations tailored to each client's specific requirements.
  • Coordinate trial and demo environments. Rapidly provision trial accounts and demonstration environments to support sales processes and proof-of-concept initiatives.
  • Deliver client training and enablement. Conduct user training sessions and create custom documentation to ensure investment teams can fully leverage platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams. Serve as the voice of the customer during implementations, reporting bugs, requesting configuration changes, and ensuring technical requirements are met.
  • Drive project timelines and accountability. Manage multiple concurrent implementations with clear milestones, regular client communication, and proactive risk management.
  • Maintain technical expertise. Become a platform expert across all admin panel functionalities, integration capabilities, and configuration options.

Who You Are

  • Experienced in CRM or financial software implementations. You’ve led rollouts of complex platforms like CRMs, portfolio management tools, trading systems, or ERPs used by financial services firms.
  • Technically capable. You’re comfortable working with large datasets, transforming data in Excel or SQL, managing integrations, and understanding how systems fit together.
  • Fluent in financial workflows. You understand how investment, finance, or operations teams work — whether from experience in private equity, accounting, fund admin, FP&A, or similar.
  • Strong project manager. You’ve run cross-functional onboarding projects with clear milestones, tight execution, and multiple stakeholders across product, engineering, and the client.
  • Clear, proactive communicator. You build trust with clients through crisp updates, structured problem-solving, and visible ownership under pressure.
  • Process-minded and detail-obsessed. You like clean documentation, scalable systems, and making things run better every time — but you also know when to improvise.
  • Self-directed and accountable. You thrive in fast-paced environments with high expectations, and you take full ownership of outcomes from day one.

Bonus Experience

  • Previous experience implementing CRM or deal management software for investment firms
  • You’ve worked in or with private equity, credit, hedge funds, or institutional investors — or supported them via consulting, banking, or financial software.
  • Experience with data transformation tools and database management
  • Technical background in APIs, integrations, or system administration
