Overtime is looking for an Account Coordinator that will join our Brand Partnerships team in our Brooklyn office. You must be professional, organized and motivated as well as have the drive to succeed in a start-up environment. You will be a reliable support resource who can anticipate client + sales support needs. This role includes media planning, client services, strategy, analytics, and project management.
What you’ll do:
- Help build and determine media mix for brand proposals
- Help manage sales process from RFP through delivery of the final IO
- Develop and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners
- Be able to maintain effective communication across internal departments and externally
- Thoughtfully determine appropriate responses to client questions, client kick off calls, reporting calls, optimizations, and post campaign wrap-ups (wrap reports/decks, analytics, insights)
- Help manage successful campaign delivery, flighting, and billing/invoicing
- Stay abreast on industry trends and best practices including branded content, social media, and new product offerings
- Serve as main support to Account Managers and Sales Support’s day to day responsibilities
Who you are:
- BA/BS required in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or you bring relevant experience in the partnerships/sponsorships space
- You thrive in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment
- You are a highly organized and focused multi-tasker with strong attention to detail
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to handle multiple tasks with a strong sense of urgency under tight/shifting time pressures
- 1+ year prior knowledge of digital media space preferred but not required
- Curiosity to learn further about the industry and account management
Overtime expects the salary range for this position to be between $55,000-58,000 annually.
