This role will be responsible for casting and booking talent across all Overtime content. This includes, but is not limited to podcasts, live broadcasts, hosts and influencers.

Important For This Role:
A thorough understanding of the most prominent voices in the digital sports landscape with a focus on Gen Z.

What you'll do:
Knowledge and Research
  • Qualified candidates will constantly be immersed in the digital sports world to understand which athletes are garnering attention. This includes researching NFL, NBA, high school sports, and 7-on-7 football. It also entails understanding social media trends and spotting potential influencers before they hit the mainstream.
Booking
  • Extensive experience connecting with talent/athletes/influencers from the sports world and an ability to quickly book for opportunities at Overtime.
  • Possess a working knowledge of shortform and longform production.
  • Work collaboratively across departments at Overtime to ensure talent opportunities are in sync and fully leveraged by all production teams.
  • Bring relationships and develop new ones with top talent in line with Overtime’s content strategy.
  • Have a deep understanding of an athlete’s seasonal journey, and when casting or production opportunities might arise or be more readily available.
  • Deeply understand Overtime’s audience, demographics, and be willing to adapt casting decisions to audience data.
  • Be passionate about Overtime’s leagues, major North American sports leagues, and have awareness of international sports.
In Office / Remote Work
  • Position is based out of our Brooklyn office and requires some travel. However, qualified remote applicants will be considered.

Overtime expects the salary range for this role to fall between 120k-140k annually. Salary will be based on experience! Overtime also offers health benefits, stock options and a flexible vacation package.
