We’re looking for a creative and organized Coordinating Producer, Social to help shape and execute our social media video content workflow. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our social media and operations team to help project manage and facilitate producing content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and X. You’ll be the central hub of coordination, ensuring we are operating efficiently, effectively, and that the content is dope!

- Coordinate the daily publishing schedule across social platforms, ensuring all content is accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time
- Work with producers and editors to package video and visual content for social distribution
- Create processes to help us improve our project management systems
- Liaise with the social team and sales teams for branded content and sponsorship deliverables
- Support live events and tentpole moments with real-time social coverage and coordination
Who you are
- 2–4 years of experience in social media, digital content, or media production
- Strong understanding of how different social platforms operate and what performs best on each
- Have experience building spreadsheets and solutions for managing complex projects
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere), Canva, or similar tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities
- Passion for storytelling, pop culture, and digital trends
