The Role and Growth Path

• Senior Software Engineering involves designing and developing complex software systems with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and maintainability. This role serves as a cornerstone in software development teams, with potential pathways leading to technical leadership, architecture, or project management roles.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Strong fundamentals in Problem Solving and Data Structures & Algorithms.
• RDBMS & NoSql databases
• Should have experience working in AI, it’s related technologies and frameworks
• Previous experience developing or working on applications utilizing LLM or LVM is a strong plus.
• Redblock’s backend services are written in JAVA. Experience in JAVA is good to have, not a must. We believe technology is only a tool for great engineers. We value your understanding of core principles more than the tools used.
• Understanding of Internet security models, REST API
