Position Overview

The Strategic Partnerships Manager will lead our expansion efforts within the MLS vertical while driving significant signup growth through strategic partnership management. This results-oriented position focuses on achieving and exceeding signup targets through proactive partner engagement, creative marketing initiatives, and relentless execution.

Key Responsibilities

Signup Growth & Performance

  • Drive partner signup goals through strategic planning, creative marketing, and consistent execution
  • Develop and implement targeted campaigns to accelerate user adoption across MLS partnerships
  • Set aggressive growth targets and create actionable plans to achieve measurable results
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics with a focus on signup conversion
  • Identify and remove barriers to adoption within partner organizations

MLS Partnership Management

  • Manage relationships with MLS partners, serving as their primary advocate within RentSpree
  • Establish and maintain close working relationships with key decision-makers at MLS organizations
  • Conduct regular business reviews focused on signup performance and growth opportunities
  • Deeply understand the unique challenges and opportunities within the MLS ecosystem
  • Potential to expand portfolio into PropTech partnerships based on performance

Strategic Initiatives

  • Create, influence, and drive meaningful initiatives to exceed signup targets
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to develop effective marketing strategies
  • Identify and implement processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency
  • Demonstrate a strong bias for action and ability to execute quickly on growth opportunities
  • Leverage data and market insights to inform strategic decisions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Proven track record of driving growth metrics and meeting/exceeding targets
  • Experience in partnership management, preferably with MLS organizations or in real estate technology
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption
  • Goal-oriented with exceptional drive and determination to achieve results
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and pushes projects forward independently
  • Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a high-performance environment
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strategic thinking with ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with capability to manage multiple competing priorities

Location

  • This role is based in Seattle (hybrid, 2x/week in-office). US remote can be considered depending upon experience. Relocation is available.
