First Voice Lead (Onboarding & Activation) - Hybrid in Seattle, WA

Our First Voice team handles onboarding and activation of real estate agents and landlords new to the platform. You’ll work alongside a small team to contact thousands of new users each month.

As a First Voice Lead, you’ll split your time between calls and building programs. On the phone, you’ll turn new signups into active users, place the leads RentSpree generates with agents, and get landlords onto paid products. Off the phone, you’ll run onboarding sessions and webinars and write the talk tracks and content that help customers take their next step. Working directly with landlords is new for the team, so you’ll help build that program from the ground up. Your targets will include acquisition rate, activation rate, and other goals as required by the business.

This role is hybrid in our downtown Seattle office 2 days per week.

What You'll Do

  • Call new prospects from signups, stalled Apply Links, campaigns, partners, and events. Work each one to a clear outcome and hit the team’s targets for speed to first contact and contact rate.
  • Qualify Grow+ leads, place each with the right agent, and follow it through to see how it turned out.
  • Work directly with landlords to drive adoption of Landlord Pro, BaaS, screening, and rent payments. Use what you hear on calls to help build the landlord playbook and onboarding path.
  • Plan and run onboarding sessions, demos, webinars, and in-person events that get new users active.
  • Create enablement content, like presentations, knowledge base articles, and talk tracks, and test new approaches on your own calls.
  • Track what works (objections, talk tracks, qualification criteria) and share call recordings so they end up in the team playbook.
  • Keep your CRM records clean enough to forecast from. Pass customer feedback to the Manager to share with Product, Marketing, and Support.

Our job descriptions evolve with our business needs and priorities. Your role may include other tasks, projects, and team support.

Skills You Bring

  • 2+ years in sales, customer success, onboarding, or inside sales.
  • Experience on a phone-based team working a high-volume queue, inbound or outbound.
  • You’ve designed and delivered customer training, demos, or webinars.
  • You’ve identified and proactively built something your team was missing, such as a talk track, sequence, or resource.
  • Comfort in CRMs and reporting tools, and you use AI tools in your daily work.
  • Clear writing skills: enablement content and talk tracks people will actually use.
  • Real estate, proptech, or property management experience is a plus, especially knowledge of how agents, landlords, and MLSs work.

AI Compounds the Work

AI is a core skill. The people who thrive here are curious, take ownership, and use AI to compound their thinking, not replace it.

We are fueled by our Guiding Principles

How we work and who we are comes down to six guiding principles. These are the principles we hire for and hold ourselves to:

  • Customer obsession: Our customers' needs come first. Not eventually, not when it's convenient. Every decision runs through one question: does this make things better for the people who depend on us?
  • Take action, forge solutions: When there's a problem, we don't wait for permission to solve it. We move with urgency, think past the obvious fix, and build something that holds.
  • Be candid, yet respectful: Say what you think. Name the problem. Challenge the idea. We don't do polite silence, but we also don't do cheap shots. Honest, direct, respectful.
  • Disagree, then commit: The best decisions come from real debate. Say what you think, even if it's uncomfortable. Once we decide, we move together.
  • Be audacious, learn loudly: Take the big swings our mission demands, treat every outcome as impact or a lesson, and share what you learn openly so the whole company grows stronger.
  • Strive for excellence: We don't settle at "done." We ask whether it's right, whether it's better than last time, and whether it's something we'd be proud to put in front of a customer.
