To keep scaling, we’re bringing finance in-house in the Netherlands. That means shorter monthly closes, cleaner reporting, and stronger ownership of local payroll, tax, and filings. You’ll be the finance & admin hub for our Dutch team, working closely with Group Finance in the UK.

About You

You’re an experienced finance professional (5–8 years) with strong knowledge of Dutch GAAP and the ability to map to IFRS. You’ve owned full month-end processes and are comfortable handling both transactional work (AR, AP, payroll) and controller-level reviews.

You’re organised, hands-on, and thrive switching between detail and overview. SaaS or software experience is a plus — especially around revenue recognition and deferrals. You’re fluent in Dutch, strong in English, and confident working with ERPs and spreadsheets.

What You’ll Do

• Own the books end-to-end: AR, AP, payroll, monthly closes, and reporting.
• Ensure numbers are accurate, invoices are sent, payments received, and accruals/deferrals booked correctly.
• Deliver Dutch GAAP management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cashflow) by day 6 of each month, with clear variance commentary and IFRS mapping.
• Manage VAT and ICP calendars, support corporate income tax filings, and coordinate annual accounts and KvK submissions.
• Keep the Utrecht team running smoothly by managing payroll and HR administration.
• Lead the transition from Exact Online to SAP Business ByDesign.
• Partner with Aiden management and the UK Group Finance team on budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.
