The role

As a Product Manager at Shop Circle, you will own the strategy and execution of one or more products, working closely with engineering, design, data, and business leaders to solve meaningful user problems and deliver scalable, high-impact outcomes.

This role requires strong judgment, clear prioritization, and end-to-end ownership — not just managing backlogs.

What you’ll do

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Build a deep understanding of users and customers through data, feedback, and direct interaction
• Translate business objectives into clear product initiatives and priorities
• Lead product discovery and delivery from problem definition to measurable impact
• Collaborate daily with engineering teams using modern Agile ways of working
• Make decisions based on evidence, not assumptions, and continuously validate outcomes
• Improve existing features while driving the development of new capabilities
• Partner with marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams on go-to-market initiatives

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS or technology-driven environment, with clear ownership over outcomes
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical thinking and prioritization skills
• Solid understanding of modern product discovery and delivery practices
• Clear, structured communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Linear, Productboard, or similar
• Fluent English (written and spoken)

Nice to have

• Experience working in scale-ups or multi-product organizations
• Exposure to post-acquisition or inherited products
• Technical background or strong technical intuition
• Experience with AI-powered, automation, or data-intensive products
