THE ROLE
Sr. Manager, Paid Social
The Sr. Manager, Paid Social is a performance-driven marketing leader responsible for scaling customer acquisition through paid social channels. This person owns strategy, execution, and optimization across Meta and other social platforms for owned Quince Departments, translating business goals into efficient media investment and scalable growth.
This role requires a highly analytical operator who can manage significant media budgets, identify performance drivers, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure creative and targeting strategies continuously improve.

THE ROLE
Sr. Manager, Paid Social
The Sr. Manager, Paid Social is a performance-driven marketing leader responsible for scaling customer acquisition through paid social channels. This person owns strategy, execution, and optimization across Meta and other social platforms for owned Quince Departments, translating business goals into efficient media investment and scalable growth.
This role requires a highly analytical operator who can manage significant media budgets, identify performance drivers, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure creative and targeting strategies continuously improve.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute paid social strategy across Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels, managing budgets to drive customer acquisition and efficiency
- Monitor and optimize campaign, audience, and creative performance; scale winners and address underperformance
- Lead experimentation across audiences, creative, messaging, and bidding to drive continuous performance improvement
- Analyze performance across attribution models to identify growth drivers and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Build and maintain reporting, dashboards, and measurement frameworks in partnership with analytics teams
- Collaborate with Creative, Studio, and Production teams to develop high-performing assets and ensure strong creative-platform fit
- Maintain a high volume of creative testing to support growth
- Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Product, and Data teams to align on priorities, improve measurement, and support key initiatives
- Communicate performance insights and growth opportunities to leadership
- Identify and test new growth opportunities across channels, formats, and audience strategies; continuously improve experimentation frameworks
Required:
- 6+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid social growth
- Deep expertise managing Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) at scale, with ROAS/CPA pressure
- Experience managing Tiktok, Pinterest, Youtube, and other paid social channels
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with attribution models and performance data
- Proven ability to manage and optimize large paid media budgets
- Experience driving performance creative testing and working closely with creative teams
- Highly data-driven mindset with strong operational execution
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
