The Role
We are looking for a Chief Revenue Officer to own and scale revenue across our portfolio of B2B SaaS businesses. This is a group-level mandate: you will set the commercial strategy that turns a collection of strong individual companies into a compounding revenue engine.
Your focus is synergy. You will identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across a base of 200,000+ global clients, standardise what works across portfolio companies, and build the commercial playbooks that each business can adopt and adapt. You will partner closely with the central AI platform team to embed AI into how we price, sell, expand, and retain.
This role suits a commercial operator who has carried a number, built and led senior revenue teams, and thinks in systems rather than single deals. You are equally comfortable in a portfolio company's pipeline review and in a boardroom defending the group revenue plan.
What You'll Do
- Own the group revenue strategy across all portfolio companies, covering new business, expansion, and retention.
- Identify and execute cross-portfolio synergies, turning a shared base of 200,000+ clients into cross-sell and upsell growth.
- Build standardised commercial playbooks for sales, pricing, and account management that portfolio companies can deploy quickly.
- Partner with the central AI team to embed applied AI across the revenue motion, from lead scoring to expansion and churn prediction.
- Lead, hire, and develop senior commercial leaders across the portfolio, raising the bar on revenue talent.
- Set and govern revenue forecasting, pipeline discipline, and reporting standards across the group.
- Drive net revenue retention and reduce churn through repeatable, measurable commercial practices.
- Support diligence and commercial integration of new acquisitions, accelerating time to revenue impact.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record as a CRO, VP Sales, or equivalent senior revenue leader in B2B SaaS.
- Experience owning revenue across multiple products, business units, or a portfolio rather than a single line.
- Demonstrable success driving cross-sell, upsell, and net revenue retention at scale.
- Strong commercial command of pricing, packaging, and go-to-market across diverse verticals.
- Experience building and leading high-performing senior commercial teams.
- Fluency with modern revenue tooling and a genuine appetite for applying AI to commercial work.
