SUMMARY
We’re looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our GTM Technology & Operations team. This is a mid-level role responsible for managing and optimizing Salesforce to support our Sales, Onboarding, Customer Success, and Support Teams.
As a Salesforce Admin at SQUIRE, you’ll partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to configure solutions, maintain data integrity, and unlock reporting insights that enable our revenue teams to operate at peak performance.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer and configure Salesforce (user management, permissions, roles, profiles, sharing rules).
- Build and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and workflows.
- Create reports and dashboards to deliver insights for Sales, Onboarding, Customer Success, and Support Teams.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through audits, deduplication, and governance best practices.
- Support integrations between Salesforce and GTM tools (Planhat, Marketo, Salesloft, Customer.io).
- Test and roll out new Salesforce features, ensuring adoption across the organization.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 2–4 years of Salesforce administration experience in a high-growth environment.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, security, and automation tools (Flows preferred).
- Skilled at building reports and dashboards that drive actionable insights.
- Ability to partner with stakeholders, gather requirements, and deliver effective solutions.
- Experience in SaaS/technology companies preferred.
- Familiarity with GTM tool integrations (Marketo, Salesloft) a plus.
- Bonus: additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder).
- English proficiency is a must. It's important you can communicate your ideas clearly as you will be interacting with English-speaking coworkers.
- Must be based in Buenos Aires.
- Availability to work on-site in our office in CABA two days a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays).
