The role
We’re looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to help bring this AI to life in production. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their operations, then design and deploy voice agents that drive real business outcomes.
This role blends technical execution with product thinking, prompt design, and hands-on problem solving. You’ll own everything from API integrations to conversation flows to customer onboarding.
What you'll do
Work directly with insurance carriers, MGAs, and brokerages to understand their processes.
Deploy and voice AI agents by designing conversation logic and integrations with third-party systems.
Debug edge cases based on live transcripts and performance data.
Translate customer problems into product insights and help shape the roadmap.
What you'll need
2+ years of relevant, post-college work experience.
Strong problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for addressing technical challenges involving data systems, cloud infrastructure, and API integrations.
A customer-first mindset with strong communication skills, explaining technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Thrive in fast-moving, high-ownership environments.
Nice to have
Previous experience with prompt engineering or working with AI/LLM-based platforms.
Familiarity with TypeScript, React, and Node.js
Prior experience in industries such as insurance, fintech, or similarly regulated sectors.
Experience as an early-stage startup engineer or founder.
