About Strada
Strada is building the AI operating system for insurance.
Insurance companies still rely heavily on phone calls, emails, and manual workflows to serve customers and process policies and claims. Strada deploys AI agents that handle these interactions across voice, email, chat, and SMS – automating high-volume customer operations while maintaining compliance and reliability.
Our platform is already used by leading carriers, MGAs, and brokers across the insurance ecosystem, processing more than one million customer interactions in production.
The company is a YC-backed startup based in San Francisco with a small team and fast-growing enterprise customers across the insurance industry.
The Role
Marketing at Strada is about helping to define Strada’s narrative and positioning across the insurance industry.
Our goal is to make Strada a reference partner for insurers across the U.S. by showcasing how leading carriers, MGAs, and brokers are using AI to transform customer operations.
You will be Strada’s first dedicated marketing hire, working closely with the founders to build the marketing function from the ground up and define how the company presents itself to the insurance industry. You will become one of the people representing Strada externally – speaking with customers, working with industry partners, and helping shape how the company is perceived across the insurance ecosystem.
Your role will also be to bring structure and momentum to current marketing efforts – turning customer deployments into content, coordinating launches, and establishing Strada as a recognized company across the insurance ecosystem. You will need to develop a deep understanding of Strada’s product and customer workflows in order to explain its value clearly to insurance operators.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building things early and thrives in a low-structure environment where you help set the agenda.
The role is in-person in San Francisco.
What You'll Do
You will operate as the builder of Strada’s early marketing function, running initiatives across multiple channels and vendors while helping shape Strada’s marketing roadmap. You'll work directly with customers, founders, and external partners to take projects from idea to launch.
The role spans storytelling, product launches, brand building, and events – helping establish Strada as a visible and credible company across the insurance ecosystem.

Manage external vendors including video crews, designers, ghostwriters, and PR partners
Plan and coordinate marketing initiatives across multiple contributors and timelines
Ensure projects move from concept to delivery efficiently and at a high quality bar
Maintain clear organization of marketing assets, deliverables, and production workflows
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a hands-on marketer who can own and execute customer-facing marketing initiatives end-to-end, from content production to launches and campaigns.
Required:
4-8 years of hands-on marketing experience, focused on execution
Proven experience producing B2B marketing content (case studies, launches, blog posts, podcasts, videos, etc.)
Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex products into clear, compelling narratives
Strong editorial judgment and taste – knowing what makes a story credible, interesting, and worth sharing
Ability to orchestrate multiple stakeholders including internal teams, vendors, customers, and partners
Comfort interacting directly with senior customers and strengthening client relationships through marketing initiatives
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives and timelines simultaneously
High ownership mindset and bias toward action in ambiguous environments, able to drive initiatives forward and propose next steps with minimal guidance
Ability to execute quickly and maintain high quality in a fast-moving startup environment where priorities evolve frequently
Nice to Have:
Experience working at an early-stage startup
Experience marketing to enterprise buyers in complex or regulated industries
Familiarity with AI, infrastructure software, or developer tools
