We’re a fast-growing, venture-backed startup working with leading teams in product, marketing, investing, and consumer insights. We’re scaling quickly and looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to fuel our next stage of growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate Pipeline & Meetings

    • Meet or exceed monthly prospecting quotas through targeted outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls).

    • Qualify inbound leads to ensure strong fit and readiness for sales conversations.

    • Book meetings and build early-stage pipeline for Account Executives.

    • Develop and test creative initiatives to generate meetings and pipeline

  • Expand Strella’s Market Reach

    • Research and engage ideal customer profiles across product, UX, insights, and strategy functions.

    • Represent Strella at conferences and tradeshows, driving net-new opportunities.

  • Improve Sales Process & GTM Execution

    • Maintain clean, accurate CRM data and reporting.

    • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to refine messaging, share prospect insights, and help shape our go-to-market strategy.

    • Contribute to internal projects improving sales playbooks, prospecting efficiency, and tools.

Experience

  • Prior customer-facing role (sales, support, retail, service) or BDR/SDR experience is a plus.

  • Bonus: familiarity with research or insight-driven industries
