Performance Marketing Manager
Marketing & Communications
Nagpur Division, Maharashtra, India
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid growth across multiple channels and help turn marketing spend into qualified pipeline and revenue.
This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience running campaigns across both B2B and B2C environments, understands how to scale paid acquisition responsibly, and is strong at both creative testing and analytical decision-making.
You will work across channels like LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Bing Ads, X/Twitter, Reddit, and other paid media platforms. The more channels you have tested and managed deeply, the better.
This is not just a campaign execution role. We are looking for someone who can own the full performance loop: audience strategy, campaign setup, creative testing, landing page testing, tracking, attribution, reporting, and optimization toward real business outcomes.
What you will own
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Bing, X/Twitter, Reddit, and other relevant platforms.
- Own performance across the top, middle and bottom of the funnel, including lead quality, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
- Run structured experiments across audiences, messaging, creatives, offers, and landing pages.
- Use AI tools and internal agents to create and test ad copy, images, landing page variants, and campaign ideas at scale.
- Build a strong testing rhythm across creatives, landing pages, targeting, and offers.
- Work closely with sales and growth teams to understand lead quality, follow-up outcomes, and pipeline movement.
- Set up and manage tracking, pixels, conversion events, UTMs, attribution flows, and campaign reporting.
- Analyze performance data deeply and turn it into clear decisions on what to scale, pause, or test next.
- Improve the full paid acquisition funnel, from ad click to landing page conversion to qualified opportunity.
- Help identify new paid channels, campaign angles, and growth opportunities.
What we are looking for
- 3 to 6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
- Experience managing paid campaigns across multiple channels, especially LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Bing Ads.
- Experience with additional channels like Reddit, X/Twitter, Meta, programmatic, or niche paid media platforms is a strong plus.
- Exposure to both B2B and B2C growth is preferred.
- Strong understanding of paid media strategy, audience targeting, bid strategies, creative testing, and funnel optimization.
- Proven ability to drive qualified leads, pipeline, revenue, or other business-critical outcomes through paid channels.
- Strong analytical skills with comfort working across dashboards, attribution data, CRM data, and ad platform reporting.
- Experience setting up or working with pixels, conversion tracking, UTMs, attribution tools, CRM workflows, and analytics platforms.
- Ability to think beyond platform metrics like CTR and CPL, and optimize for lead quality, sales outcomes, and revenue.
- Strong experimentation mindset with the ability to design tests, read data correctly, and make fast decisions.
- Comfort using AI tools for faster campaign research, ad copy generation, creative iteration, landing page testing, and data analysis.
- Ability to work independently, move fast, and operate in a high-ownership growth environment.
Good to have
- Experience in fintech, lending, mortgage, SaaS, financial services, or regulated industries.
- Experience running campaigns for both self-serve funnels and sales-led funnels.
- Experience working with HubSpot, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Supermetrics, or similar tools.
- Experience with landing page testing tools, no-code tools, or AI-assisted campaign workflows.
- Experience working closely with SDR, sales, or revenue teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
What success looks like
- Paid campaigns are launched quickly with clear tracking and clean reporting.
- Creative and landing page tests are running continuously.
- Campaign decisions are based on pipeline quality and revenue impact, not just surface-level metrics.
- We have clear visibility into which channels, audiences, messages, and offers are actually working.
- The paid acquisition engine becomes more predictable, measurable, and scalable over time.
