📍 US CRE Underwriting & Asset Management — T-12s, rent rolls, DSCR/Debt Yield, GSE, Credit Memo, covenant tracking exposure? This one's yours.

📍 European/UK CRE Underwriting & Asset Management — Fluent in ERV, Net Initial Yield, FRI leases & RICS Red Book? Let's talk.

📍 India Commercial Underwriting — Strong commercial credit & loan underwriting background with an appetite for AI? Come build with us.

You'll be the SME bridge between expert underwriting and AI — validating models, curating training data, and shaping how the next generation of credit analysis gets done.

✅ MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA preferred

✅ 2+ yrs of experience in Institutional banking or premium KPO experience

✅ Curiosity about AI is non-negotiable
