About us:

Uptiq is a US-based Fintech startup. We’ve built the only bank-grade AI platform for financial services.

General-purpose AI goes wide; Uptiq goes deep - with domain-trained agents built for financial institutions, running in 150+ institutions with the governance examiners expect.

Our QORE platform lets banks, credit unions, and lenders deploy agents that know their policies and execute real operational work - underwriting, onboarding, monitoring, and more - with full auditability, governance, and explainability.

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to be the first human touch for the demand we're already generating and to help create more of it.

What you'll do:

  • Own inbound leads end to end: respond quickly, qualify against our ideal customer profile, follow up and route the right ones to sales
  • Book qualified meetings for the sales team and make sure the handoff is clean and well-prepped
  • Research accounts and contacts to enrich, personalize, and prioritize your outreach
  • Run manual prospecting and outbound to create net-new opportunities that supplement our automated efforts
  • Use the internet, social platforms, and available tools to find and reach the right people at the right companies
  • Keep the CRM clean and current: log activity, update lead status, and maintain accurate records
  • Work closely with marketing and sales to share what's working, sharpen messaging, and improve conversion
  • Hit and exceed activity, meeting, and pipeline targets
  • Stay on top of trends in our space so your conversations are relevant and credible

What You Bring:

  • Prior experience in a B2B SaaS environment (SDR, BDR, inside sales, or a similar customer-facing role)
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English; comfortable talking to business and technical buyers
  • A quick, organized, self-driven working style - you follow up fast and you don't let things slip
  • Comfort with research and prospecting: finding accounts, identifying contacts, and building lists
  • Familiarity with CRMs, sales-engagement, and prospecting tools (or the ability to pick them up quickly)
  • Willingness to work in-office and flex some hours to overlap with U.S. business hours
  • Resilience, curiosity, and a genuine interest in learning how modern sales and AI work together

Nice to have:

  • Experience selling into or working with financial services, fintech, or technical/enterprise buyers
  • A track record of consistently hitting meeting or pipeline targets
  • Comfort with outbound across multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, phone)
