Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Development:
- Identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitor landscape, and potential clients
- Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers within strategic accounts and life sciences ecosystem partners
- Understand clients’ business needs and challenges, positioning our solutions effectively to address them.
- Become a trusted advisor for finance and clinical executives and highlight the value of our solutions.
- Attend industry conferences and host regional and local events
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Present Condor’s solutions effectively, showcasing its capabilities in automating clinical accruals, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Prepare and negotiate complex sales proposals and contracts, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive client success.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline status in Salesforce
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Finance or a related field
- Proven experience (5+ years) in enterprise sales or a related field, preferably in Lifesciences, biotech, pharma.
- Strong understanding of enterprise solutions and sales methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to navigate complex sales processes and engage with senior-level executives.
- Proficiency in CRM software
