Condor Software, Inc. Quality Engineer (Accounting) Remote · Full time Company website

As a Quality Engineer at Condor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of a platform that biopharma organizations rely on to run their operations and finance. This is not traditional QA. It is a role where deep accounting judgment, systems thinking, and technical rigor come together to protect workflows where accuracy is non-negotiable. You will be embedded within an agile product team and work closely with software engineers, product managers, and domain experts to validate that complex financial and clinical trial workflows behave correctly in real-world conditions. Your work will directly reduce risk in production, increase customer trust, and ensure that Condor’s intelligence is grounded in precise, defensible financial logic. This is a hands-on role focused on test automation and analytical problem solving. You will design and maintain automated test coverage for complex financial calculations, accrual logic, and edge cases that matter in practice, not just in theory. You will also perform targeted manual validation where accounting judgment is required, help shape how systems are designed for testability, and raise the bar for quality across the platform.

About Condor Software, Inc.

Every year, hundreds of billions of dollars are invested to discover and develop new therapies, yet the financial infrastructure behind that work has not kept pace. Clinical operations and finance live in disconnected worlds, forcing teams to make high-stakes decisions using fragmented tools and static data. Condor exists to change that. We are a system of action, building the financial intelligence layer that will power the next era of clinical development. Condor connects clinical operations, vendor activity, and financial signals into a single, real-time intelligence layer, giving R&D and finance leaders true command over how their organizations operate. Condor is pharma-native, AI-driven infrastructure built to scale industry standards we helped define with Big 4 partners. It powers prediction, control, and execution across the most complex R&D environments in the world. Why This Matters Now Condor has moved past proving the concept. Enterprise teams already trust Condor to run critical operations and finance. The work ahead is the hardest part: scaling something people depend on when the stakes are this high. Condor is a high-growth Series A company backed by top institutional partners like Insight Partners, Felicis, and 645 Ventures, growing rapidly with Top 200 biopharma companies. This is a rare opportunity to help build foundational infrastructure that will shape how new therapies reach patients.
