Condor Software, Inc. Director, Business Development Remote · Full time Company website
Condor is looking for a Director of Business Development to help define how an entirely new category is sold into enterprise life sciences organizations. This is a senior, hands-on role for an experienced enterprise seller who thrives in complex, consultative sales cycles and wants ownership of outcomes, not just a territory. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth across mid-market and enterprise biopharma customers, leading deals from first conversation through close and expansion. You will work directly with senior finance, R&D, and clinical executives to help them understand a fundamentally new way of running operations and finance, navigating long sales cycles, multi-stakeholder decision-making, and rigorous enterprise buying processes. This role goes beyond execution. You will help shape Condor’s commercial strategy as we scale, influence how we position and package the platform, and collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success to turn early trust into long-term partnerships. You will build executive relationships, lead high-impact conversations and events, and operate with the autonomy expected of a leader. This role is for enterprise sellers who want to build a market, not just close deals.
