About Condor
Every year, hundreds of billions of dollars are invested to discover and develop new therapies, yet the financial infrastructure behind that work has not kept pace. Clinical operations and finance live in disconnected worlds, forcing teams to make high-stakes decisions using fragmented tools and static data.
Condor exists to change that. We are a system of action, building the financial intelligence layer that will power the next era of clinical development. Condor connects clinical operations, vendor activity, and financial signals into a single, real-time intelligence layer, giving R&D and finance leaders true command over how their organizations operate.
Condor is pharma-native, AI-driven infrastructure built to scale industry standards we helped define with Big 4 partners. It powers prediction, control, and execution across the most complex R&D environments in the world.
Why This Matters Now
Condor has moved past proving the concept. Enterprise teams already trust Condor to run critical operations and finance. The work ahead is the hardest part: scaling something people depend on when the stakes are this high.
Condor is a high-growth company backed by top institutional partners like Felicis and 645 Ventures, growing rapidly with Top 200 biopharma companies. This is a rare opportunity to help build foundational infrastructure that will shape how new therapies reach patients.
The Role
Condor Software is seeking a Clinical Finance Engagement Manager to lead the implementation of Condor’s platform for biopharma customers. This is a hands-on, client-facing role responsible for owning implementations end-to-end, from discovery through go-live and beyond. You will serve as a trusted partner to finance and clinical teams as they operationalize complex trial economics inside Condor.
As an Engagement Manager, you act as the single point of ownership for all engagements with your clients. You will lead structured discovery, translate real-world clinical finance workflows into system designs, configure Condor to support those workflows, and ensure customers achieve tangible business value quickly and confidently.
This role sits at the intersection of clinical operations, finance, and software. Success requires someone who understands how clinical trials actually run, how trial finances work, and how to turn that understanding into scalable, best-practice solutions.
You are not just implementing software. You are helping customers modernize how they plan, operate, and control clinical trial spend.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of client implementations, serving as the primary owner from discovery through go-live and early adoption.
Lead structured discovery to understand clinical trial designs, cost drivers, vendor relationships, and financial workflows.
Translate client requirements into clear implementation plans and configure Condor to support those workflows.
Act as a trusted advisor to client finance and clinical stakeholders, guiding decisions throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Validate configurations through walkthroughs, testing, and targeted client training, ensuring accuracy, usability, and readiness for real-world use.
Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies early, and proactively drive resolution.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and other Condor teams to resolve issues and continuously improve customer outcomes.
